What is GEMI Radar?

GEMI Radar is a Novatempus business intelligence application that turns the available data of the General Commercial Registry (GEMI) into organized, actionable information. In one environment you see new registrations, search across the whole of GEMI and choose which companies are worth a closer look. The application is not limited to a raw list. It adds filters, personalized scoring and a lead management flow, so your team can move from search to the next action in a clear way.

01 · New registrations

See early which companies are appearing

Monitor the new registrations archive and narrow the results using criteria such as prefecture, legal form, activity code (KAD), activity, status and incorporation date. Quick time ranges help your team focus on the most recent data. You can customize the fields you see and export results to CSV for further analysis.

02 · GEMI Search

Find the company you are interested in

The search is carried out directly on the public registry, not only on the registrations the application has already stored. Search by company name, VAT number or GEMI number and combine filters for legal form, prefecture, municipality, status, activity code, service or chamber. Results can be sorted and exported, while selected companies can be moved into the lead flow for tracking.

03 · Scoring

Define for yourself what a “good lead” means

Create different scoring profiles and distribute 100 points across the criteria that matter for your own market: activity code, area, presence of an email or phone, founding date and legal form. This way prioritization comes from your strategy, not from an arbitrary generic ranking. You can keep multiple profiles and activate the one you need.

04 · From signal to action

Organize your commercial follow-through

Selected companies become leads with a status, an owner, a next action and tags. The application offers list and Kanban views, so your team can see what is new, what has already been contacted and which opportunity needs follow-up.

05 · CRM Integration

GEMI Radar and HubSpot CRM: from lead to company

The integration of GEMI Radar with HubSpot is controlled and one-way. Once you have identified and evaluated a company, you choose which leads will be sent. The application creates Company records in HubSpot, so the sales team can continue its work in the CRM.

  1. Connect your CRM. In the settings, a HubSpot private app access token with read and write permissions for companies is used. The token is stored encrypted on the server.
  2. Select your leads. Sending starts only with a manual selection from the list and accepts up to 10 selected leads per action. Not every new registration is sent automatically.
  3. Check the result. There is a duplicate check and the ability to retry. The sending status and, where available, the HubSpot link of the company appear next to the lead.

The current version does not create Contacts automatically and does not offer two-way sync. For Company objects and CRM capabilities, see the HubSpot documentation.

What your team gains

Market research and initial evaluation happen in Radar. Only the companies you select move into HubSpot, reducing noise in the CRM.

  • A clear path from search to follow-up.
  • Visible sending status per lead.
  • Manual review before every transfer.
  • Duplicate check and retry when needed.
06 · Data export

Exporting GEMI Radar for analysis in Excel

When you need your own analysis, the application offers CSV export. In new registrations there are options for the current page or for all results, while in search you can export the selected results. Filter first by area, activity or other available criteria so the file serves your specific research. The CSV opens or is imported in Microsoft Excel for sorting, filters, pivot tables and further processing. If you need a proper workbook, you can then save it from Excel as .xlsx. The Radar export is CSV, not a native .xlsx file. When opening it, check the encoding and field delimiters, especially when Greek characters are present. See the Microsoft instructions for importing CSV into Excel.

Practical workflow

  1. Set the filters in the new registrations list or in GEMI search.
  2. Choose “Page CSV”, “All CSV” or export of selected results, depending on the view.
  3. Open the CSV in Excel and analyze the companies using your own criteria.
  4. Optionally save as .xlsx for collaboration and further processing.

Use the data in compliance with personal data protection rules and rules on commercial communication.
