Chef Fabrice Rosso: real home screen of the digital atelier with portrait and signature

Chef Fabrice Rosso: Digital Atelier

The personal website of Chef Fabrice Rosso serves as a digital atelier for a chef with an international career. From the first screen, the portrait and the handwritten signature set the tone, while the minimal navigation leads to his philosophy, recipes, journal and press.

Novatempus created a digital presence that connects the culinary identity with a clear content architecture and a polished experience on desktop and mobile.

Industry

Fine dining, haute cuisine and a personal chef brand with an international audience.

Goal

To present, with a unified identity, the creative philosophy, the recipes, the journal and the chef’s professional journey.

Implementation

A visually minimal, responsive website with distinct sections: Philosophy, Recipes, Journal, Press and Connect.

The project challenge

A chef’s online presence is not enough if it only shows beautiful dishes. It must convey his own thinking: the technique, the influences, the relationship with raw ingredients and the stories behind every creation. In the case of Fabrice Rosso, this narrative meets French haute cuisine and the flavors of the Middle East.

On the page Philosophy, the chef describes himself as “The Curious Alchemist” and presents his journey from European kitchens to IDAM by Alain Ducasse in Doha. The Press section gathers publications and mentions, among them the recognition of IDAM with one MICHELIN star in the Doha guide.

The goal was for all of this to become one coherent journey for the visitor: from the person and the philosophy to the work, the recipes and communication.

The brief

  • Personal identity instead of a typical restaurant site
  • Highlighting the philosophy and the international career
  • Easy access to recipes and the culinary journal
  • Organized presentation of publications and distinctions
  • Clean experience on desktop and mobile

Desktop UX

The intro screen uses the chef’s portrait as the central visual element. The handwritten signature strengthens the personal brand and five direct options open the main sections: Philosophy, Recipes, Journal, Press and Connect.

The video shows real screens of the live site: the homepage and smooth scrolling through the Philosophy and Recipes pages. The homepage is a single self-contained screen, so the walkthrough continues on the inner pages instead of simulating a non-existent scroll. See ChefFabriceRosso.com.

Mobile experience

On mobile, the signature remains recognizable and the menu gathers the main paths. Reading happens in a single column, with generous typography and large images that give room to the culinary content.

The real mobile screenshot comes from the Journal, where stories of travel, collaborations and raw ingredients are presented as visual articles, without losing ease of browsing.

Content and SEO

The structure of the site gives each theme its own address. Recipes hosts dishes and recipe notebooks, while Journal gathers articles on origin, travel and terroir. The separate section Press organizes the international mentions and the chef’s professional footprint.

This clean information architecture helps the visitor find the topic they are interested in and gives search engines distinct, relevant pages. In the Novatempus portfolio, descriptive titles, links to the real sections and alternative image descriptions support the same logic.

Recipes as a digital library

The section The Alchemist Library presents selected recipes with a photo, a title and a distinct path to each dish. The content features creations such as Pearly Lobster, Wagyu A5, Salt-Baked Celeriac and Hamachi Mosaic, together with recipe notebooks.

The presentation is not limited to a static gallery. Each image works as an entry to a culinary story, while the clear organization lets the visitor explore technique, ingredients and a personal creative signature.

From philosophy to international image

The page Philosophy gives depth to the personal brand, with a career timeline and a narrative about the chef’s influences. The Journal brings the reader closer to the experiences behind the dishes. In Press, the publications document his impact beyond the site itself.

The coexistence of these sections turns the website into a complete professional presence: useful for visitors, journalists, partners and people in gastronomy. See the Novatempus web development services for similar projects.
